Real estate is a time-intensive profession that consumes daytime hours, evening hours, and entire weekends.  Tom Bridge’s career is no exception.  His core service area includes the Twin Ports, Douglas County Wisconsin lake homes and Northwestern Wisconsin hunting land parcels, Hermantown luxury homes, and the Superior Wisconsin real estate market.  Managing listings, picking up out-of-town buyers at the airport, and examining rural NW Wisconsin properties is a full plate for anyone.  Therefore, his fellow REALTORS wonder where this Duluth real estate agent gets the energy to spend on serving the community and pursuing a wide variety of interests.

Tom Bridge believes the Twin Ports community is an excellent place to invest in real estate, and he does everything he can to maintain and enhance the quality of life in the area.  His stellar sales production as a Duluth real estate agent is only part of the reason why he as received the coveted Buzz Award; his community service ethic makes up the larger part.

Tom Bridge is a sterling example of what a community servant should look like.  Some of his current duties include:

  • City Council President, Superior Wisconsin
  • Board of Superior Douglas County Development Association
  • The Plan Commission
  • Park and Recreation Commission
  • Redevelopment Authority of the City of Superior
  • Finance Committee and Human Resources Committee
  • Spirit Mountain Ski Patrol, which includes service as an Outdoor Emergency Care Technician, CPR, and first responder on the hill.

In addition to all of this, Tom is an avid landscape and wildlife photographer.  His primary camera is a Canon 40D.  His work has been published on several occasions.

Your Duluth Real Estate Agent

Tom is part owner of the Weichert, Realtors Twin Ports realty company, with offices in Duluth MN and Superior Wisconsin.  Tom has recently launched a Duluth real estate blogsite, which provides state-of-the-art technology for accessing property information.  The blog component of the site affords everyone in the community a unique opportunity to engage in a discussion about the Twin Ports real estate market.

If you are considering a move to this area, Tom Bridge is the Duluth real estate agent to call.  His cell phone number is (218) 391-4834.

Being a real estate agent certainly is a time-consuming profession that goes outside of traditional work hours, but being in a big city, I rarely think about what it must be like being a real estate agent in a rural area. In a compact city, it’s easy to get from property to property, but that must be a quite different experience when you are in a rural area and have spread out land tracts to look at!

Great looking site. Strange to see the Weichert name and emblem in Duluth. I used to live there, well grew up there. Now I live and work here in Morristown New Jersey, right in Weichert corporates back yard.

In a big city, you have lots of opportunities where as in small they are limited. But as they say every postive things has some negatives attached to them
